I will be staying at POFQ for the first time this summer. What does everyone think of this resort? Is it the best of the moderates?

I think so. It has everything I want in a resort in close proximity to each other. It also has it's own bus stop at MK in the evening and beignets in the food court. There's also Elliot Dyson at Scat Cats Wed-Sun. I love the boat to DTD. While you will be sharing a bus with POR, you are first on and off when coming or going to the parks.

I agree with everything skipperkim said. We also like it because of its size. There are fewer rooms than the other Mods, so it's quieter since there are less people afoot.

We really like POFQ. Going back this fall. I agree with PP about the busses and the boat option for DTD. The small size means never a huge walk and the beignets for breakfast from the food court are a great way to start the day!

We have stayed there three times and never had a bad stay. We would be staying there again in September, but free dining allowed us to stay at the Beach Club.

Loved it! Everything is close and the resort is quiet. Transportation is great too. It's our favorite moderate resort.

We have stayed here many times and just love it. It is smaller and its nice to come back to after being at the crowded parks all day. I does share a bus sometimes with POR but it is the first stop so you dont have to worry about getting on or not. Also all of the parks have a seperate pick up for POFQ and POR. It does not have a full restaurant on property but the food court is good. It has a great pool and slide for the kids and easy access to DTD with the boats. And Beignets...what more do you need???

Thank you for all of your great responses. I have never stayed at a moderate before and didn't know if I would be disappointed. It sounds like I made the best choice of all the moderates.
