Ok, guys. What is the best way to get from Port Orleans French Quarter to Rivera for a 7:30 am breakfast?

Depending how early the buses are running (and they should be running by 7), you might have an option to bus to HS. From there it's a short walk to the Skyliner, which will take you on a < 10 minute ride to Riviera.
