POFQ QS - Hot Water?

I was wondering if there was a dispenser for hot water in the POFQ QS (Sassagoulas) for tea and things like that. I vaguely remember there being one in the food court at POP, but I could be remembering wrong.

I am hoping to take my own oatmeal and avoid using my sole daily snack credit for theirs.

We're planning on using the coffee pot in the room to heat up water for oatmeal.
