Just got DH to agree to a short Disney trip at the end of Feb 2011! 
Of course I jumped right on it and booked FREE DINING
at POFQ. 2/26-3/2/11. I'm hoping most of the Prez week crowds will be gone/leaving. I plan on surprising my DD (7) and DS (3) with this trip as a Christmas present. Any good ideas from you veteran DISer's out there?
Even better...DS will turn 4 the DAY WE ARRIVE A WDW!!!
I've already booked Chef Mickey's for that night, I figured it would be nice to see some characters on his BDay.
This will be our 4th trip in seven years, so definitely not as many as a lot of you on here, but enough so we know our way around. We haven't been since 2008. Any tips/suggestions? I need to make dining arrangements for 3 more nights--I was thinking of Via Napoli and the new Mexican restaurant in Epcot--we love eating "around the world".
