When we stayed at POR, we had to make a special trip to POFQ for the beignets one morning and for the jambalaya one evening. We were happy with both of them.

The chicken breast nuggets were pretty good. The spaghetti w/meatballs is pretty standard - DS2 loved them. The quesadillas were pretty ok. Didn't try the pizza. Had the meatball sub - it was fine. The beignets were pretty good, although not as good as the real deal in New Orleans, but definitely worth a try. Breakfast was pretty standard - Mickey waffles rock!! We enjoyed it - never too crowded, no matter what time of day. Have fun!

The pizzas are food court style. Just like everything else there. Nothing memorable.

The food here isn't bad, it isn't good, it isn't ugly, it's just something to eat. You won't be longing for any of it after your vacation is over, but you won't regret eating anything there either.

We stayed at POFQ in 2008 and ate at the FC several times for about every meal and didnt have anything we didnt like... its small but was never really busy!!! It had a very friendly staff and it was a close and easy walk to our room...

We made a sepcial trip back in August for beignets . They were soooooooo good ! Were staying there this Aug. I can't wait :thumbsup2

We like the food court. I like the chicken wrap and Chicken Quesadilla. I think we ordered both twice and shared them betwwen my husband and I. Our boys liked the pizza, and fast food options. If you were to eat there every meal and every day it would get old. We ate there 3 times in 10 days.

We thought the food here was perfectly fine. In fact, the kids (all teens/young adults) would rather have grabbed something there than go to a sit down restaurant. We actually thought the sandwiches were way above the average you usually get anywhere else and the pizza was very good.

We never did try the jambalaya or muffalettas. Being used to the real thing, we always steer clear of these sorts of things away from home. Not that they're bad, it's just that we can get them at home and we want something different on vacation. The beignets are decent, but there is isn't any cafe au lait, so we only got them once.

my fam LOOOOOVES the beignets, we get them every morning for breakfast! :)

We had a few things from the grill (I remember a good hot dog haha) and then the dinner selections are great.....my parents had the pot roast and....something else? can't remember.....we had dinner at POFQ 2x during our 6 day vaca....and we were pleased....

its normal food court food, not award winning, but pleasant to eat :)

The beignet are awesome!!! Wew ordered a pizza, which wasnt bad at all...typical chain pizza fare, but not your speciality/gourmet pizzaria style pizza.

We ate a few breakfasts and one lunch there. The food was ok. We preferred to walk or take the boat one stop to POR for dinner. Much more selection with the make-your-own salad and pasta sections. Don't be put off by the walk. We did it with no problem. It was actually a nice way to walk off dinner. It's a nice path along the water.

I would have to agree with all these posters. We stayed here for 9 days in August, and nothing disappointed.

The meatball sandwich was yummy, pizza good, and the kids loved the spaghetti & meatballs. It was good food after a long day in the parks.

I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised.

We stayed there a few years ago 2004, 2005, and 2006, and generally liked the food there. The meatball sandwich was really good, and chicken strips, hamburgers, and pizza weren't anything outstanding, but they were good. My mom LOVED the Pot Roast! She'd get it almost every time we'd eat at night, and always wants to go back to that resort just for that :)

Are the beignets available all day or just at breakfast?

they are available as long as the bakery/ice cream side is open.....I think its the station that is open the most (but don't quote me on it) so yeah, all day!
