POFQ and POR - how close are they?

How far apart is POFQ and POR? I am staying at POFQ this May and if I want to have breakfast at POR can I walk there? Is there a boat between the two?

You can walk there, or you can take the boat.

There is a boat, but really it is faster to walk. It walked each day, and it took me about 10 minutes from the beginning of POFQ over to the AB section of POR, so to get to the Main Building of the POR should take less than 10 minutes.

Yes you can walk between the two resorts. There is a lovely path between the two resorts that goes along the water. Probably a 15 minute stroll. We ate at Boatwrights one evening and walked back to POFQ no problem. Just follow the signs on the walking path.

I don't believe the boat stops at both resorts. I believe there is only one stop at each resorts dock. I could be wrong about that though!

But why would you want to go to POR for breakfast, when you can get beignets at POFQ?

Yes you could be since the boat coming back from DTD will let the POFQ people off and pick up anyone waiting to go over to POR.
