WDW Radio. People complain about Lou being a homer. He does not criticize Disney much. I find the segments where they discuss the history of an are or a ride to be very entertaining.

Three Mom's and a Mouse - three ladies that are all travel agents with different companies discuss different items about travel.

Unofficial Guide with Jim Hill - again usually for history of attractions and sometimes movies. For example, there was a show about incorporating the Little Mermaid into the parks.

There are a number of sites that identify podcasts and some in which they survey listeners or ask "experts" for their opinions. I'm still working through some other suggestions.
