I need some help downloading my podcasts.

I have a RSS feed and it puts it into my outlook express that I use. However when I open it it will only let me listen to it, not download for my MP3.

What am I doing wrong?

Outlook Express doesn't have a built in RSS reader. Are you using an RSS plugin for Outlook Express or using an RSS to email service?

I think it must be an RSS email service

You will need to see if the RSS email service can be configured to send the podcast mp3 as an attachment to the email feed. That will then allow you to save the mp3 to your local machine. If the email service doesn't provide this option then you may need to look at a different RSS email service.
