Going to the county fair this weekend - looking fwd to the ribbon fries and kettle corn! We're heading there with friends who's mom is in the draw for $50K - her son is going to be there as her proxy. If she wins, he gets a commission and says he'll spring for fried dough for us! Still in then middle of a very nice vacation in Quebec.

This afternoon we ride our bicycles to see Totem, the Cirque du Soleil show. Riding through the city on bike paths that keep you off both the streets and pedestrian sidewalks is fantastic! There are bike racks everywhere. It will be so much easier to ride our bikes ride right to the gates for the Cirque Chapiteau (big top tent) than having to pay to park and still walk a distance.

I think we need to pick an obnoxious color for our Podcast shirts this year so that we can be our own Brazilian Tour Group at the Cruise terminal and at the Sail away Party! Tonya can lead us with a flag at the top of her lightsaber!

Like the disco shirt? Anyway, color beats stark white shirts.

Safety Green is the color of the shirts in the Brazilian pic. Very Bright and hard to miss. There also is a Safety Orange that is very bright, too.

The show we saw to tonight, Totem, is the newest of all the Cirque shows.
It was fabulous!

Not sure yet if it satisfies my desire to see a Cirque show or makes me want to see another one.

It was pretty cool that it was under areal big tent, like a real travelling circus. After next week it all gets packed up and moved to the Netherlands.
