Hershey is a maybe for us...depending on DH's vacation time. He doesn't get enough. (VACATION TIME get your head out fo the gutter people!)

Some of us have a one-track gutter.

Darn. I was hoping we might be able to make the August event. We don't have a vacation planned for this summer. 8/14 I think is getting too close to school starting. We'll have to see. It is a 12 hour drive. But, I think there is plenty to see to and from.

You need to be there, after all sparkly ears in August require more than one or two of to wear!!! PLEASE be there!!!

C'mon Nicole. Time for a Griswald style family vacation roadtrip. If I'm doing 12 to 14 hours to Indy in September, you can do 12 hours to Hershey.

Actually now that James and Madi are going to Japan the beginning of August won't work anyway. But, now that James and Madi are going to Japan, I'm not sure we'll get to do anything. On the bright side, if James and Madi go to Japan, Em and I go to Disney World next February.

We've got more snow today as it just thawed out and cleared up yesterday Never mind!

I picked up a couple of the Toy Story Lego sets I got the Army men and jeep and the RC car with Buzz and Woody! I'll take some pics when I get around to building them.

Our Warm up continues, we have finally broke above the freezing mark and are expecting to hit near 40 today.

It feels so much better when it's that little bit warmer - yesterday was lovely, most of the snow went and it warmed up a lot - today we're back again and it's still snowing! Roll on spring!

There seems to be loads of meets, I'm keeping my fingers crossed we'll eventually have a European meet that the Podcast crew can attend I know they want to

Thanks Kathy! When you mentioned having dinner at the Big E, was it Storrowton Tavern? Looks interesting for a group dinner during the Big E meet. It's right there on the fair grounds. I have to do more research but this just could be an option.

Dis meets are great but a trip to Japan sounds wonderful! (I have always wanted to travel there) Top that with a trip to Disney World in Feb and PCC 2.0. I predict a fun year for you!

According to my countdown - excluding today (it doesn't count as it's already started ) - we've got 329 days until we arrive in Orlando = 7896 hours = 11370240 minutes
Also I've got 220 days left at work (that includes all the holiday I have for this year) and there are only 47 weekends until we go

Just checking in. I heard Kathy's shout out for the meets this summer. I can tell you the Indy meet will happen Labor Day weekend. We'll probably do a meet on Friday Night (dinner somewhere) and then the main meet on Saturday, Sept. 4th. The format will probably be similar to last years meet. The folks from Indy hope you all can make it.

Some of us also went out after the Saturday Meet and then we also met for brunch on Sunday morning. If there is enough of us traveling from out of town, we may want to look into group rates at one of the hotels in the area.
