Good Morning all! Happy Monday, Happy March! Rabbits!

Whew. I am a little worn out from yesterday :goodvibes That was such a fabulous hockey game! Our boys had to work hard for it, that's for sure. And now they can all go back to their respective teams and pick up the usual rivalries.
I had to drive to work part way through the game - the roads were farily empty. Day shift stuck around to watch the end of the game. I look after 2 cities here, and both had their downtown areas shut down for the celebrations. They were pretty well-behaved, only one call for us in it all.

Hope everyone has a fabulous day.

Happy Monday and Happy March - another month closer to spring and the cruise :woohoo: :cool1: :yay:

I hope everyone had a good weekend, it was good hearing Pete on the Podcast again :lovestruc Have a great day everyone

And a Happy St Davids Day

February - another month that just flew by!!!
However I agree it's great we're another month closer and I think are now at the halfway point since PCC1.0 ?

Happy Monday! Happy March!

So very glad to leave February behind!

I feel like doing a little jig, the sun was shining as I pulled into work this morning (granted I was a few minutes behind due to hitting the snooze one too many times). Normally, until late spring its dark when I arrive and dusk as I leave. Woo Hoo!!!

Happy Monday!! and Happy March 1st!!!
December will be here before we know it.

I know what you mean. I usually get to work while it is still dark out then leave after sundown. I have noticed that the days are getting longer as it is fading sunlight when I leave work in the evenings.

Hopefully, the snow will let up and spring flowers will start to appear.

My spring flowers are starting to peak through the ground. I can see about 1.5 inches of their greenery showing. Though they started peaking through back in January, they still have a ways to go before they bloom.

Yahoo! :cool1:

I really love it when I can really notice that the daylight is getting longer. Pretty soon I will need to put on my headlights for the drive home. (Actually, my headlights are always on, but you know what I mean.) Already, sunrise is earlier than 6:30, this morning was 6:18. Soon, it will be warmer adn I will have to pull myself away from my morning Wii workout and go outside for my morning walk.

I just got word that DH will be around in December. Hmmmmm... now for the full court press!! Wish me luck!

I just submitted for my quote! Gotta have all my facts straight!
Now back to the quandry... kids or no kids. I say kids, but school may say different. Plus I want a verandah!
So many choices!!
<holding breath!>

You said you'd win me over!! I've been thinking a lot about you all ever since I left in December. Your powers of perception are frightening!! :scared1:

Ahoy!

Even though I only met your boys briefly in December, I think that they would have a blast on the cruise. And there would even be mommy & daddy time too.

I think it's about halfway since May last year :woohoo: :woohoo:

I agree, it's been getting lighter the last couple of weeks here, now it's light all the way home and a little bit afterwards - we can open the curtains again :cool1: :cool1: (other than weekends!). However I am not looking forward to BST - I always hate losing that hour :sad2:

We've had snow drops all over the place - I didn't know we had so many in our garden  The daffs are poking through about 2-3 inches, can't see any crocus' yet.

Welcome, I hope you get what you want. We're taking my DGD out of school for this. It's a trip not to be missed.

Hope this works out. We'd love to meet your hubby and buy him a drink. :drinking:

YES, FIRST SERGEANT!! (ala Forest Gump when he says, "YES, DRILL SGT!!") Good reasoning, Paul. I will be sure to show him this thread when he gets home Wednesday or Thursday!! He'll appreciate it! ;)

I am thinking of doing this, too. But they had such a cow when I took them out the Friday before DAP and the Monday after. They were almost impossible to work with for make up work. But it's not like they are not smart or anything. Just missing tests for the 8th grader will probably drop him to a "B" instead of an "A".

Who all is taking their "older" kids out of school? I would love some input.
