Podcast Cruise 2.0 Discussion Thread 1 of ????

Last night DP wanted to stay up and wait for the iPhone OS upgrade/release. He figured it would be out at midnight Pacific Time (aka 0300[am]). When my alarm went off at 0530, he was still clicking away on the computer. I told him to turn it off and go to sleep, the update would still be there when he got up. I didn't have time to brush my teeth before the loud sound of his snoring woke up the puppies, who then proceeded to bark at him until he stopped.

It's a beautiful day here, not so much because of the weather, but because tonight is CHAT NIGHT!!!

I'm getting my new IPhone 3Gs this Friday and I hope the new OS will be on it. I would assume so anyway.

You'll have to let us know what it's like. DH got a iPhone just before the cruise, but as he was already a customer (with the phone company that does iPhones here) he kept his sim card (which was about 3 years old) when he was using the 3G to surf he found it very slow. Eventually he found out on line you need a 3G compatible sim to be able to use it effectively - not that his phone company told him that Luckily he was able to take his phone into the nearest store and get a new sim.

Just checking, but did anyone else receive a request yesterday/last night from Dreams to transfer their Podcast Cruise reservation from DCL to Dreams? I filled out the form and submitted as instructed.

You'll have to let us know what it's like. Good Morning!!! It's Wednesday!!! I do love Wednesday's although this will be a looooong day!! I have a dr's appointment this morning, then I have to come home, pick up my Grandfather and take him to his dr's appointment, then meet my sister so she can pick up her car, then eat, then go grocery shopping.

BUT I'll should be home before CHAT TONIGHT!!!

That's not what the email was requesting. It was saying if you didn't book with Dreams on the cruise that you could transfer it to us now. All of you who booked on the Podcast Cruise should have received notification from me in May about this. If you didn't, please just send me an email.

The email also requested that you fill out a survey about the service you received from Dreams.

By the way, Aaron, I assumed that our cruise was already with DU and that was just a form e-mail. Let us know what you find out. Oops. AskTracy was "on it" and beat me to the punch.

Sorry Tracy. I filled out the form and submitted it. I figured when I booked on PC 1.0 and requested Dreams they transferred it for us, or you did it later, but when I saw the email this morning I wasn't sure and filled it out to be on the safe side. I assume I generated another reservation number. I hope I didn't screw it up too bad. Sorry.

ETA: Can I still be on the good list? Please?

Thanks Todd. I looked at it again and there is no survey. The survey comes with other types of bookings (like after your DAP trip if you book with Dreams).
