I know, wishful thinking. They are a pretty good group of girls, but man do they get giggly. For one of them it is her first sleepover ever. Something her family has never allowed. So, it will be interesting to say the least.

Oh fun fun ^^, I wish you luck... I think my mom would understand how you feel, she used to be my girl scout troop leader and we had a sleepover once a year with at least eight girls every time. Talk about giddy, loud, and talkative! XP

Not girl scout related but my favorite memory (now - at the time it was every so stressful) is the group of 13, 13 year old girls who did not sleep all night who had some game going on with peanut butter. No they did not damage the house with peanut butter but I found jars of peanut butter hidden around the house for weeks - it was rather silly. I never understood the game though.

BTW - never will I do a group of that size overnight again, learned my lessons, smaller groups are more manageable.

We are also at BWV. I'm very excited about staying there again.

Cool Nicole! We were there together last year during 1.0 post cruise. :)

I'm actually surprised I was able to get BWV yesterday.

Looks like we are neighbors both pre-cruise and on the cruise! :sail:

When are you arriving and are you using ME to get to BWV?

Yes we are Jeff! Neighbors baby! Deb and I will be in early on Friday the 10th and planning dinner at Yachtsman for Friday night if you're interested. We are taking ME to BWV.

I have some news to share.

It is official.

I am cruising on PCC. 2.0.

:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Excellent news Anne! :dance3:

Yes, we were. I PROMISE I'm not stalking you :) Although I think this time I was there first. I was very surprised we were able to get a room. The only thing I can think of is that it is the weekend. I was assuming I'd be waitlisted. Very excited.

Happy Friday to everyone.

Feeling a bit excited as they are predicting hot weather here by the middle of next week. Yay! Looking forward to the one hot week we have all year. :)

Happy Friday everyone! I'm getting up bright and early tomorrow morning and going to Chicago with some friends. And of course, tonight is the night Madi decided to have a sleepover with 5 friends. Here's hoping that 6 12 year olds decide that 10 PM is a good bedtiime :)

:rotfl: :rotfl: good luck with that. All the good fun things start at 10pm :thumbsup2

I hope they have a great time but I also hope it doesn't disrupt your sleep too much. Let us know how you get on :goodvibes and have a lovely time in Chicago :cool1:

I've just found out we need to do some painting and moving rooms around here at work so for 4 -5 weekends I'll be in. It's worth it for the money but poor old Gav will be doing laundry and other house work

:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: About time! It's been looking nice but there's that chilly wind :cold: Although it will also mean the grass and other vegetation in the garden will be growing at double speed

I just hope that it isn't 'the summer' like in previous years - we've GOT to have a sunny summer :confused3

TGIF folks! :wave2:

:welcome: to the new posters joining the cruise & this thread! :welcome:

Finally going to have 2 sunny days for the weekend :thumbsup2 - time to fix the beds from the winter heaves, I guess

Have a fab weekend all! :goodvibes

cheers,
:flower3:

:lmao: You stalker. :lmao:

No standard studios were available at BWV's so had to up the extra 8 pts for BW/preferred view. I'm actually surprised any studios were available there at all.

That is too funny. When I made my reservation the only thing available was a standard view, no preferred.

It won't be funny if we have the "never ending hallway" like we did last time. :sad2:

Boy, I miss a morning and have three pages to read!

Hiya!
My name is Kyla and I am mdvlprof's daughter[If anyone knows who that is ;) ]. I am currently eighteen and was wanting to know if there was anyone my age for me to hang out with during the cruse coming up. Oh! And if you are interested, I have a facebook ^^. Hope to chat with some of you real soon.

My wife and I will be 21 and 22 on the cruise...a bit older, but much closer than some cruisers :p :rolleyes1

Good morning fellow cruisers! I hope everyone has a fabulous Friday and a wonderful weekend! (gotta love alliteration!) ;)

I can't believe that one week from today, will be my boys' last day of school and I will then have a senior and a freshman in high school. Please pray for me. (and them!):rotfl: Seriously, though, I can't believe the time has passed so quickly. :sad1:

So, what's everyone doing this weekend? popcorn::

True ^^. I will be nineteen by the time of the cruse myself, so it's not much of a difference. It'll be about the same as hanging out with my brother, though maybe not quite as boring :P

Good luck tonight, Nicole. The most we've ever had over is 2, but I've decided 3 all together is not a good number. Someone always gets left out. So, I told Millie next time she can ask 3 girls to stay over so there'll be an even number. Hopefully that'll work out better!

I started my PCC 2.0 spreadsheet yesterday too - starting to think about potential ADRs.:cool1:

Since we'll likely be keeping our VWL stays both pre and post cruise, we probably won't participate in any departure morning breakfast if you guys do it again (I think Kelly's starting to talk about Cape May as a possibility) - because we'd have to haul all of our luggage to breakfast since we'd be taking a taxi over that morning. Did anyone do that last time?

I'm definitely thinking of a Boardwalk/Epcot area dinner on Saturday night 12/11 prior to the Meet and Greet on the Boardwalk though. Right now considering Yachtsman's since we've never eaten there. We like LeCellier too - so that may be an option.

Yay! It's actually time to start thinking about these things!

Dodie, we are at VWL pre cruise, so maybe we can do a pre cruise breakfast.

Warning - We'll have 3 kids. ;)

Dodie and Jen,
We'll be at VWL the night before the cruise, too, and will probably get breakfast at WCC. We'd love for you guys to join us for breakfast before heading over to S/D!

Sounds like a plan, Jackie.:woohoo:
