I spent Friday - Saturday - Sunday biking some fabulous bike paths in the Beauce region of Quebec. Canadians sure know how to make some great bike paths!

Back home now. Not sure what I am going to do tomorrow, Memorial Day, other than not go to work.

Happy Memorial Day/bank Holiday...whatever brings you to a day off. It's part of my normal weekend, so the rest of my family is back at it & I have the house to myself until 3:30. Goodie. easier to get the chores done with no one here.

We did venture out to enjoy our first "safari" yesterday - a local african -themed park with a great splash pad area. That was fun.

Hi all....

Both the boys and their ladies were here for dinner last night. I love when that happens and Brian and Kailynn just left after spending the night, which wasn't planned, we just talked late about their honeymoon trip, cruising, etc. and before you knew it, it was too late to drive 2 hours home.

Now it is off to run a few errands and do some chores, back to work tomorrow already, but that is okay, it gets me closer to the cruise..

Hope everyone has a safe day and please take a few moments to remember those who have past before us!

It used to be the days when the Banks were closed - 4 days a year, there was an act to pass this as law. The name has been kept and they are public holidays for most people
