Pocahontas sightings???

Rafiki's/Conservation Station is a great place because it is often not as crowded, even on busy seasons. The characters there sometimes have noone at all around, and are just self-entertaining. A few weeks ago, I was at Conservation Station, and grabbed a bench inside just to cool off and rest after a day of walking around - I watched Rafiki walk around and stick his head in 2 garbage cans like he was looking for food, then get up on a desk and bounce up and down. Pocahontas was playing with an Australian lizard one of the handlers had, then she walked over to my bench and sat down next to me to show me the lizard (I was at the time the only one there!). Rafiki came over to see it too, pointing and gesturing that he liked it. After a few minutes, a mother with two kids came around the corner, so Rafiki waved goodbye to me, then went running off to surprise the kids, and Pocahontas gave a curtsey to me, gave the lizard back to the handler, and went over to greet the kids too.

Both kids were wide-eyed and thrilled at the very personal attention from two characters at once. And admittedly, so was I!

She was in the Animation Building at Hollywood Studios a couple of weeks ago...along with tons of other characters. The lines were very short!!!!!:thumbsup2
