POC and Birthday Help

Would anyone like to make DS a birthday design with skull & swords or something from POC. He will be 10. Name is Luke. I tried on Zazzle but couldn't figure out how to get any words except a name on the shirt. A few years ago a couple of wonderful designers made great dragon b-day shirt for our trip!! IT really made the trip special. Thanks in advance!

Patnl34 (Pat) has a really cute Mickey POC graphic. Maybe she could add some text about Luke's Birthday if you ask.

Otherwise, be specific, and myself or another designer could try to design you something.
