POC 3.75" Characters

Anybody know if the POC 3.75" Characters by zizzle are available in the Once Upon a Toy Store in Downtown Disney?

The parks ARE carring the 3.75" POTC figures, but only from POTC 3. But almost all chacter and set configureations.
