What would be the best way to get to Epcot IG for EE from Port Orleans FQ?

I know we could ride bus to HS and then Skyliner to Epcot, but can you Uber or Minnie Van to Beach club or Boardwalk and then walk to avoid the Skyliner hoards? Any help would be appreciated.

Minnie Van, YES. Lyft/Uber probably not as security is typically pretty tight and they only let resort guests and those with dining reservations into the parking lot.
