okay got a credit card with 0% interest until April, 2015 for moving another credit card to them.
my problem like to pay online. Their system requires you to open a checking account with them to move the money.
with all my other - bank of america, discover, american express, etc - just had to put in my credit union checking account.
so far pnc is refusing to allow me to do anything without a checking account with pnc.
is there anyway to get around this? Do not want to call them - it took over 3 hours on hold and 4 phone calls before they even got the pin code right - they first send me 3 codes that did not work. Since only use a cell phone and tracfone at that, can't afford to kept calling them.
tried to use their email account and their system is not recognizing my credit card as a valid account?
never had so much trouble trying to contact a company that gave me a loan.
can anyone help me? do not want to set up a checking account with pnc - just want it to allow me to pay with my current checking account.
