Chuck and Angel, make up your mind...good night, wake up. I don't know what to think. :teeth:

Merle, love the hazmat idea! Air out my house and while I'm at it I should get rid of FOAD! Merle, if you're ever in my area make sure you come visit and park in front of his house, blocking his mailbox. As a matter of fact we could have a DIS meet over here and really drive him to move. :cool1:

Jake did wake up with a low grade temp 99.6 and a runny nose, so he is getting a cold. I gave him some Motrin, he's taking a shower, and it's off to school for him. Yes, his temp will get higher, but I know what he has and where he got it from--school, none of us have had colds recently, so he can go share with his friends. If he just had the low grade (which the school allows) without the cold symptoms, I would be more concerned, thinking that he was getting Ben's stomach virus, but I really just think it's a cold. Ben is at school today, too.

PhD, I hope that Lily is feeling better this morning!

Morning

Morning, all!

I can actually keep up with the goings on here, since I'm off all week.

T&B, my FOAD will be in for a rude awakening in two weeks. Their football games will be confined to only their yard! Neighbor behind me put up their fence (on two sides, lol, because of the foad), and I only have one side and a gate to put up.

They killed my two plumeria trees, dented my lanai and keep hijacking my water hose. Never mind that they've got their own. Parents just don't care when you complain to them, and the landlords don't care, either.

Waiting for more quotes back to get this done and over with!

Suzanne

hehehe

Suzanne, bummer about your FOAD! My FOAD's grandson broke a sapling tree of ours one year (not sure if that was in one of my copy and paste posts). He tried to climb it. DUH! I never even went to the granddad about that since he would have denied it, but the boy's cousin told me. And the cousin who told me this put pebbles in another neighbors outside a/c condenser unit and broke it. Nice, huh? Someone (don't know if it's them, but I suspect) pulled up all of our berry plants at the side of our house one year (the year of the broken tree).

Good Morning, hmm it's almost afternoon, but hey, close enough!

Do you think it's mean to poke people who are wound too tight with a stick? :teeth:

I think it would be more polite to hit them over the head with a ton of bricks

I should post this on a separate thread and probably will eventually, but knew that I'd get support here. My DH just got back from the neuro about the results of a brain MRI. The neuro says that everything is fine, or so he thinks so, but there are some white spots on the scan, which can mean a previous brain injury or fluid. Scares the bejeebers out of me, to say the least. The dr will go over the extensive blood work that my DH had done when he had some eye problems last year and if that doesn't show anything he'll rescan in a year to compare. It's going to be a long year!

He had the MRI for memory problems. The neuro doesn't think there are any organic reasons for the memory problems and that it's due to stress/too many things on his mind, etc, but he doesn't live with the guy. :sad2:

This would depend on the location of the poke.

I'll try that--is there a "ton of bricks" smilie?
