As SOON as they moved the car, they put the SUV in its spot. This is all because when we've had people over they sometimes park between the two houses. BTW, they've always done the same. And they have a car in their driveway that hasn't moved in over 6 years with expired tags...

He's mad at us now because we have 3 vehicles in our household(when our DD is home from college), but they've had at least 4 as long as we've lived here. And he has an empty spot on the other side of his house, but they don't use it and they. And he hasn't been parking in his garage lately just to be a jerk.

Why or why did I start thinking of him? :rotfl2:

One night he had me blocked and I almost couldn't back out of the driveway. :sad2:

How long have you had to live next to that buttwad? :sad2:

Why are people like that? It takes so much more energy to mean than it does to be nice. I don't get it. :confused3

Here's the post describing the life and times with my jerk of a neighbor...

We have next door neighbors and the man is a bit crazy. The rest of the family is ok, for the most part. It started the day we moved in. There had been snow that day (only snow of that season) and we had my DH's car parked in the cul-de-sac so the moving van could park in the driveway. The neighbor came over and very rudely told us that we were blocking him in. Not a "Hello, my name is ____, nice to meet you and I can't get my car out with your car parked there". And that was the nicest that we've seen him. LOL

Another time early on my baby was asleep in his cradle swing and I was on the main floor study. Jake had had a leaky, poopy diaper that had gotten on my robe. I took my robe off and was in my short nighty. Someone came ringing the door bell, which I ignored. They then started banging on the door. This went on for probably 10-15 minutes. I could see it was him and did not answer the door. My DH works at home, but was on a phone call (I was IMing him). When his call ended my dH was going to find out what they neighbor wanted, but by then he was circling to the back of the house to bang on the basement door. The reason for his upset? We had bought a new van and were selling our old one, which was parked in the street, between the 2 houses. He was of the mistaken notion that his property line extended into the street and we couldn't park where we were parked.

When we had an electric dog fence installed (you know the buried cable that is our of sight, out of mind...) he had a fit saying that we were over the property line. We knew where the line was, but didn't even fight that one. Just had him tell the installer where to bury the cable.

At least we care about keeping our anumals on our propery, unlike them with their dog that roams for hours.

Another time my DD's teenage friends came over and parked in front of his house. He again had a screaming fit about that. At that point my DH had finally had it and basically told him to go to H-E double hockey sticks. The neighbor threatened to call the police, which my DH invited him to go ahead and do.

Oh, and before that time we had people over and he yelled at my cousin for parking in front of his house. They were scared of him and moved their car.

The funny thing is that from the very beginning when they have people over they park in front of our house and we've never said boo about it. We've really tried to not escalate things with them, which is difficult sometimes.

My sister made up an acronym that we call him...FOAD, short for "F off and die". NO, we don't call him this to his face, but it has helped to lighten the mood concerning our situation.

Yep, and one night it was even worse--the night that I almost couldn't back out when I needed to pick up my 12yo from basketball. I was livid . :furious:

Good Lord. He is definitely a nut case. That's a sin that you and your children have to put up with that.

Yes! Randy, the psycho neighbor from hell. He's finally gone, but his house is still for sale. He checks on it at least once a week. The second I see him I swear my blood pressure goes up! I'm so glad he's gone, what a whack job he was. Trust me, I feel for the rest of you who still have nutjobs for neighbors.

As for the ones that keep parking in your driveway, just keep letting the air out of their tires. That'll show 'em.

Don't think I haven't thought about it... :rolleyes1 I really wish that I could make something that looks like bird poop to squirt on his SUV when it's parked out front so he'll start parking it back in the garage where he normally parks it when his PMS isn't acting up.

Now see that isn't something you hear everyday, and it got my attention.

Sadly the "the Real PhD" is mostly asleep upstairs (he has to get up early during the week) and I am not sure about his expertize on fake bird poop, but the man does have some pretty surprizing skills and knowlage. I will have to ask tmw and get back to you.

Aidensmom, keep up. Just becasue you were off playing in WDW then the rest of us were suffering at home is no excuse to fall behind on what number snarky currenlty is!
