I noticed the thread a while ago, but somehow still feel like I'm missing something. And I'm way too tired to go back over 20 pages to figure out what they're talking about.

I do have a feeling I'll never look at a 3musketeers bar the same again, but I just don't know why.

You should know by now that we can start a thread about anything and it takes off in all sorts of directions.

Just saw something very worrisome on the local news. There were bad tornadoes in MO today and they showed damage in the town where my fathers side of the family lives. Hope everyone is okay out there. They say these are the worst tornadoes they have ever had at this time of the year.

I hope so too, half of my cousins live in Sedalia, they showed video of damage from there and the reporter was in Pettis County which is where Sedalia is. I also have other Aunt's, Uncles and cousins in the surrounding area.

No, I can't find a specific map but it seems that they have had tornadoes all through MO yesterday and today. One woman just south of Sedalia was killed when her trailer fell on her.

My DH's grandparents are in MO, I think the town is Hannibal ? I'm sure we would have heard from the family if anything had happened to them. And I also think they happen to be staying here in Illinios right now.

Seems the majority of it happened yesterday and last night. I'm sure we would have heard something by now. The lady that was killed left her trailer and ran to her car to try and get away from the tornado and the trailer was picked up and dropped on her car.
