I know how hard it is. Breckin (my youngest DS) has acid reflux. It was awful. He was such a miserable little baby, it just seemed like he was so uncomfortable in his own skin. He would throw up 8-9 times a day, huge amounts. We found out in December that the only thing to fix him would be a surgery that has alot of very serious complications. So we have learned all kinds of tricks and ways to combact the reflux without actually doing the surgery. He is much better now, sadly he will never outgrow the reflux but we are helping him to manage it better. Hopefully with a little time there will be a few more options to consider that will help him. What kind of meds is Aiden on?

He is on Prevacid, and a very specific diet.

yup... why i said 2.5X6 was enough,, that will either be what she tears off or whats left

I'm glad you missed me (and my cleave). :teeth:
I went to my best friends and had some ribs and a couple of beers. Now I am catching up and then going to bed as I have a full day of driving ahead tomorrow.

Good morning Sunshines (and those of you who aren't so sunny)!

Chuck, you really bought that w/o your wife knowing? Heads would be rolling in our house! :rotfl:

Ash, how did you like the movie? I haven't seen it, but then again, I haven't seen the first one.

We're off to WV to play baseball in a little while. Last year when we played there they actually made the boys continue to play as a thunderstorm approached. Here our boys were on the field, with t/l all around. Eventually they postponed and we were all crowded in the covered dugout. We got a good laugh out of that, since it turned out ok. They do things differently in WV! :rotfl2:

No, I don't think so.

Last Monday I was extremely sick, and the next day I went to the Dr.- I was well on my way to dehydrated, so they gave me a Rx for the sickness and it seems to have helped somewhat.

I am having trouble getting enough fluids though, and I have lost 10lbs. So, if it continues like this I'm sure I'll have to go back to the doc and figure something else out.

Beck - I lost weight in my first trimester too. The ONLY things that sounded good was oranges, orange juice and cherry slurpees from 7-11.

By the second trimester, I could eat, but not red meat or chicken... except cheeseburgers... IF the meat patty was hidden well enough under all the goodies that go on a cheeseburger, I could eat that. I maintained my weight this trimester.... then finally in the third... I was getting more protein, gained weight and had a healthy boy weighing 8 lbs. 14 ounces!

Hang in there... find your "food" and eat often during the day, small portions and it might help. :grouphug:

With Jake, in the first trimester, I remember eating lots of fruit and vegies. At least it was spring so that was easy to do. One thing that sounded so good was Greek salads. Ate a lot of those.

just in case yall dont hear from me tommorrow, you just send flowers to your local fire departments, because when the darling wife gets home and sees the 2006 harley davidson 1200 sportster, I may not live much longer :rotfl2:

Waiting for a Chuck update.... is he still alive... still got all his parts? :rotfl2:

I hope your little guy (Jake?) has a great tournament. My Dad lives in KY so we go to WV to go a "mall" - and I'm floored.. it's like a different country in that state. :confused3

Oh honey, I feel your pain! Dh's family has a huge reunion every 2 years...complete with bingo and trivia games. I faked a migraine to get out of the slideshow.

I'm so bored this morning. I don't feel like watching tv or reading, I'm just waiting for DH to wake up so we can go shopping :bored:
