I don't remember doing it, but I don't remember anything after the bathroom... :lmao:

Oh, speaking of the bathroom. On the inside door of the women's restroom was a backwards men's restroom sign (if that makes any sense). Basically when we were leaving the women's restroom, for a second we thought we were in the men's room. :rotfl2: Nothing like doing a second take--good thing I'd already used the can. :rotfl:

Didja go to a Macaroni Grill?? I've done that before!!
And Tig if you haven't seen the single girl thread check it out before Shug gets it shut down!! :rotfl:

I want to go out.
Who wants to go out with me? :smooth:

Hey everyone!
I'm having a really rough day, and I know all my friends here will be more than willing to help me out. My shoe fund is running low, now I'm just asking for some new Jimmy Choos and a few pair of Manolo Blancs. I promise that I will make good fashion choices with your help. I'll be more than happy to take pictures of me at the local grocery store in my new cute shoes. Heck, you can even have a say in my purchases. Please help a girl realize her dream of fashionable shoes- Friends dont make friends suffer through bad footwear.

redshoes, you have to get shoe sympathy from someone else...I'm not a shoe girl.

I posted some pictures from today on the DIS Meet in MD/VA/DC Area thread.

Briar, I'll go out with you. Keep in mind that I took my Rx meds, though, so I'll probably fall asleep, so not much fun.

Oh come on- you don't need to have sympathy. Just a little cash :rotfl: . I'm so happy that you had a good time at the meet, I'm sorry that you have a headache though. Migraines are the worst. How did the battle over the cat litter go?

To the fair or demolition derby?

Well, it could be the fair but not really the fair...meaning everyone who goes to the bar around here will be at the 'fair bar' tonight for the last night of the fair...
Or we could just go to the bar. There will be people there...
I need to find some friends. :guilty:

LOL Money is now in your Paypal account! :lmao:

Litterbox is done! Not too much of a fit on her part.

Headache is better...Rx meds worked, but now I want to go to sleep. Yawn. I'm the life of the party. YeeHaw! :rolleyes1

Your bra will be in the freezer when you wake up. :teeth:

My night is shaping up to be a great one  . Breckin is having real fit about going to bed, he is more than tired but try telling him that. This kid has one big set of lungs on him, he sounds like a blow horn. I can tell its going to be a wonderful, quiet, peaceful evening at my house. Seasoned parents, tell me what you do. Do you ignore the screams? Do you baby them and rock an almost three year old to sleep? Do you double up on birth control methods :lmao: ?

He's never too old to rock to sleep if he's losing it! And yes on the birth control!!! :rotfl2: This, too, shall pass!

red-is this an every night occurance or is he just having an off night?

Lately it has been a every night occurance. We have a routine: bath, teeth brushed, story, and prayers. We kiss him goodnight, give him his special blanket, his favorite stuffed animal and we turn off the lights and its bedtime. I'm trying to get a grip on it because my DH leaves for a business trip for a week and I know that I'm going be tired by the end of the day (not that I complaining to you- I know you've been doing it by yourself for alot longer than me). It's just frustrating, we havent changed anything about his schedule- but he is just being difficult. Combined with a four year old with attitude during the day and I'm just stressed and tired. Give me your best advice, I really need it.

Well, if it's an every night thing, I'm not so sure. I thought it was just tonight, in which case it sounded like he was overtired. UGH on the every night. You don't want to start something. Make sure he's going to bed before he's too tired--I know when my kids were overtired they were worse, even though it seems like they would be easier. Tonight Jake was falling apart since he was so tired.

Please don't think I'm complaining- I promise I'm not (okay, I am but I promise not too much). Breckin is a strong willed little guy, he didnt sleep for the first 20 months of his life. He was doing great and I'm not willing to step back to the no sleep routine. I'm just starting to look cute again :rotfl2: .

Hey, it's ok to complain! I know all about strong willed little guys. Jake wrote the book! You probably haven't heard me say this about him, but he has been known to literally argue with me when I'm agreeing with him (so basically arguing with himself). :rotfl2:

:rotfl: Thank you. It's hard sometimes, I know that in just a short time I'll turn around and my boys will be grown and I'll wish that my biggest issues with them will be getting them to fall to sleep but when I'm in the thick of it........

Yeah, but the goal is surviving until then. :teeth: People used to tell me that about Jake, but at the time, I was just trying to get through the day to day stuff with him, which itself was a challenge. And I had older kids so I knew how fast they grew up, which was what was helping me cope! :rotfl2:

Good morning, sunshines! What do you have in store today?
