Morning!

I actually feel quite chipper this morning. Both kids slept through the night. Then they slept in until 6.

I have delivery people coming between 9-12, so I have to finish cleaning but I have a light day in terms of chores...worst one is going to be doing all the grocery shopping for Christmas week.

I plan to be a baking fiend this weekend, but I need a clean house first so I'm going to be a cleaning fiend first.

Morning! Sleepy here. I was up too late last night. Forced myself out of bed at 8am, so I don't end up with a headache.

I did come downstairs to find a box of cheez-its on my front porch though!

Must be my exchange gift. I flipped it over, so I don't know who it is from...so DONT SAY anything if it is yours! Thanks!

Oh and ! DD7 is all freaked that she isn't getting any presents. So, I am sitting here telling her that I got her a bunch, and for sissy of course. I go and tell her the two SANTA gifts I got for DD4!

OK, so much for that. Because I let DD4 open her exchange gift, DD7 of course says, I want to open mine. Sure, lets open this box of cheez-itz and get yours out, being careful that I don't see who it is from.

Nothing is wrapped and I am assuming all this stuff is mine! There isn't anything in here for DD???

Ron's bringing Zach to urgent care to have his wrist x-rayed. He fell when he was snowboarding yesterday and hurt his wrist. Hopefully it's not broken, but he's not able to use it really today so better to have it checked out. I don't think that any of my kids have ever had an injury related x-ray.

GOOD MORNING/AFTERNOON!!!!! I'm at Panera across from my Mom's place! I have no clue what has been going on here. Someone will need to fill me in here. Don't talk to much since I don't have internet access at my Mom's, so I have to find places with Wi-Fi.

I got my dinner shopping done and it is getting colder out there. Now I only have to enjoy making cookies........everything else is ready!

They're still at urgent care. Hopefully if there is a break they will be able to detect it. I've heard enough stories about breaks being missed the first time. Odds are it's just sprained, but at least we'll have some idea. It happened early in the day yesterday, too, so he got to have it hurt all day long. My boys LOVED snowboarding. Alyssa tried it (took the lesson) and then switched to skis. She said that she was totally unable to do it. Now they are going to want to go back again. I really don't like being cold, even though I'd like to ski. I've only been twice and that was ages ago.

Zach's wrist is sprained and not broken, so that's good news (assuming they read the x-ray correctly). That's good, especially since he's supposed to start baseball workouts.


Lara, my three older kids, along with Aly's boyfriend, went to Ski Liberty yesterday. They had a blast, other than Zach hurting himself and Alyssa being a snowboarding klutz. LOL
