I just had a little boy ghost come to my door trick or treating for Unicef, I asked him if he wanted candy too and he said "No thank you, I have enough."

OK, I think I"m all set. I am packed, have my carry-on ready, a few last minute things to throw in tomorrow. Called my parents to tell them I was going out of town. I was hesitant to tell them because they sometimes are in the "again" camp. Mom was excited and jealous. LOL
I told my dad I would call when I got to Baltimore. He's happy I'm getting on a plane.
Oh, and I got both boarding passes printed.

I think I'll grab something to eat. I'm hungry and DH won't be home until 8. He actually seems excited for me know. He wasn't all that onboard before which is why I was so wishy washy, but he's better now and so am I.

As far as I know now I'm home all day tomorrow if you start to get anxious and need to pass the time.

Since I had no idea what to do or where to start I did the most logical thing I could think of. I went and had my nails done.
I have got to remember to do my toes tonight!

I thought of you when I was getting my manicure/pedicure and hoped that you were getting yours done, too.

Jake is watching tv and doesn't want to go ToT yet. I'm baking the cookies, but I'm almost ready to take a break and bring him, but I'm not going to make him leave. Then he'll want to go all over the place later.

I've had no kids. I live on a short street with 8 houses and I'm the only one with a light on and of course I'm at the end so it's not worth it to come down I guess. Yet, I always load up on candy just in case.

One year I had a little little guy come by. He climbed up the stairs and knocked on the door. When I opened it he just looked at me. His mom prompted him and said "say the magic word" and he looks at me and says "please". She and I just cracked up. Good to see he was being raised with manners though!

The kids had a Halloween parade at school today. The parents were told not to dress them in anything scary. Makes sense, these are little kids, right? Right.

Andrew's school had a man in a gorilla suit running around on the roof. The whole time Andrew paraded out front he was looking up at the roof waiting for the gorilla to jump on him.

I took DD8 out trick or treating. To family

We hit 4 houses in 2 hours. But man, that kid got alot of candy!! and some playdoh too.
