Hi all of Caro's friends,
She asked me to post (I am at Starbucks for the free Wi-Fi) that we will be going to her Mom's church soon and it will be hard for us. We will be talking to the pastor afterwards about the memorial service.

And I wanted to give a to everyone for the support and love you have given Caro through this.

OK I had and Angel (or was it Andy) moment.
I went in the kitchen before signing on to make some coffee so I could . I came in read back, posted and then checked my email. I went to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee. I pressed the dispenser as I have a BrewStation, noticing that I did not smell coffee. I start filling my cup up and the water is clear . I knew I had put a filter in and dropped the basket, so I opened it up, and whaddya know. I didnt put coffee in the filter .

just got a confirmation from my mom..she is going to Disney with us in March wooohooo. I havent been to Disney with my mom since 1986 when I was 13. I checked last night for a rental van but since it will be our spring break, everything was sold out. Mom said she will drive so I can now get a car and it will be cheaper yet.

morning all. It isn't starting so good--I can't find my Earl Gray tea!!! I know it is in my pantry somwhere but it is not where it should be. And I know I saw it somwhere it didn't belong but never put it back


I was up yaking last night and am still a bit queasy today so it will be a tea, toast and soup day . We missed church cause I was to tired and yechy to get up that early. DH is carving pumpkins with the kids right now and we are going to they symphony to hear Bolero this afternoon.

And I am such a flutterbrain, I never sent Ash a present. So mine will there late! At this point I may just wait and see if I can find something in the Most Magical place on Earth!

I just wanted to share my 10,000th post with everyone.



Now, I tried to think of a nice post to put. Something memorable.

Something with Monkey in it. But then there might be flying poo.

Something with panties mentioned. But then I would have to get a thong in there.

Something about reusing mugs, or pool hopping. But then I would probably get banned on my small milestone.


Maybe something filled with
but that just makes me dizzy.



But, I decided to just say Thanks for putting up with me for this long!!!

Now I may take myself shopping to Celebrate.

The question is where?

Not Home Depot, since I work there, and that much orange makes me gag. (I wonder what the boss would say if I went to Lowe's?)

Target is a good choice.I love that place.

Best Buy is more for the guys, although I do stop in once in awhile.

Hallmark is just not in the budget, too expensive for my tastes.

I think I may stay home, and shop online!!

been there done that. recently. discovered as i was getting ready to leave for early shift that i set everything had it ready to go.. put sugar in cup.. poured cup full in dark, got to truck anddiscovered i had cup of hot sugar water.

I can't even count the number of times that I have done that My kids usually make my coffee cause they know that unless I have at least one cup, I am not qualified to make it!

I have also been known to get it all ready and forget to turn it on.
Put in the coffee turn it on and forget the water
Get organized and get it all ready the night before, then forget and go ahead and turn it on
And the absolute favorite-- Put in coffee, water, and turn it on and forget to put my cup in!!!

Morning Tig...it's actually fall outside!

I went out and had the kids "collect sticks" just to see the sun. I think that I was ready to jump off of a cliff after 4 days of dreary gray rainy days....

dd is eating a left over wendys jr baconcheeseburger for lunchfast. i'm drinking my third cup of coffee and eating the last 4 chocolate frosted dolly madison donut gems...

glad Im not the only one who has the occasional trouble getting a cup of coffee...
Its fall here too...leaves are changing, nice breeze is blowing. I might have to take the kids down by the river today and enjoy the scenery. Notice I used the word might so Im not making definite plans.

Ok off to do some laundry and make some more peanut brittle...catch you all later.
