Good Morning friends....kids are back to school today

Went to breakfast with a couple of friends..and now can play while I only do laundry today.

My son doesn't go back until the 20th. He's so happy. Usually they go back the first week of August.

No, we don't start back until the day after Labor Day. A few more weeks for us. My oldest starts middle school also. I can't belive my baby will be in 6th grade.

I am still trying to dig out my house from last month. Pretty much NO house cleaning got done so I am trying to do loads of laundry and mopping and bathroom cleaning. This morning I have to get the paperwork finished from the banquet though, the treasurer keeps calling me to get the checks and I am ignoring her--I LOVE caller ID!

Lah- to you and your mom. I had a lumpectomy about 5 years ago. It is a scary time. I will keep you both in my thoughts and prayers.

It was supposed to be over 100 yesterday, don't know if it made it. Today it is high 90's and it is supposed to go to high 80's the rest of the week.

We went to the pool on Tuesday and the water was like bath water! It was so warm it just wasn't refreshing. We just stayed inside yesterday when we could. Today I am planning to be inside.

We are going to New York next week so I need to get my house clean and the laundry done so I will be ready to go.

may 28th I think. I know they will have memorial day off then go back on Tuesday and Wednesday to take exams which is ridiculous...give them a long weekend then expect them to do well on exams !!

She is still not healing yet She goes back for more X-rays in 4 weeks. She is holding up though. Her kids are at Disney right now. She said she got a phone call the other day and when she answered all she heard was "It's a Small World After all. . ." They called her from inside the ride so she could "ride" with them!

Hello to everyone I love and miss! Haven't had much time to come round this trip. I pop in to the boards to do a quick scan but that's about it. DH and Ty went off to play some horseshoes so I stayed behind so I could straighten up here and hopefully get in a little "me" time.
For the most part the weather has been pretty nice and warm. We had one night of torrential rain but we knew that was coming so we could batten down the hatches. Today is a beautiful day though. Aaron left last night to go home because he is going to the warped tour today but he'll be coming back tonight. I think I need to go hit the grocery store shortly though. Running out of yummy things to eat. I'm going to be very afraid to step on the scale next week!

That is not tears, it's sweat! It was so hot here yesterday I was sweating like a pig at a sausage factory while getting dinner ready last night. In my nice air conditioned house. It was over 100 degrees yesterday.

Right now it is getting a little dark outside, hopefully those thunderstorms we are supposed to have do happen. We need the rain here so badly.

good morning/afternoon again!
Just dropped Kathryn off at the Y Day Camp. They are going on another field trip today to a land fill and a park. No, I don't know why they're going to a land fill, but Kathryn thinks it's 'kewl!', so life is good.
Have a little bit of time before it's off to work again. Who can catch me up with what in going on in the life of the PMS'rs? I'm good just tired. They have alot of 1st shift people out at work this week, so 2nd shift has been trying to help cover stuff. 10-12 hour days are tiring. I go back to the hand specialist tomorrow. Hopefully they'll lift my restrictions. The pinky, knuckle and side of my hand do still hurt some, so that sort of concerns me, since it'll be 4 weeks on Saturday since I hurt it.

Got a call from camp yesterday. Alana started her period for the first tme yesterday. She seemed fine about it. They have supplies there, so shes taken care of. What a place to start. My friend Cyndy from work said, 'great, now she can get pregnant!' Just what i needed to hear.

Except for the overtime, things are going better at work this week. I'm not getting the harrasssment and issues I have been getting. I still have stuff documented and the union informed. We are suposed to be having people from ethics come to the building, per the unions request and talk to some people. (me included) Alot of crap happenening.

I miss everyone!
