Off to bed, too early for me. Had to get up and make a ressie for the Pirate Adventure Cruise for our September trip. Not sure if it sells out right away or not, but wasn't taking the chance.

I just got this overwhelmingly sad feeling as I was kissing DH goodbye this morning. I just dissolved into tears, and am still feeling a mess. It felt like I was saying goodbye for good... like he'd never be coming home again. WTH is that all about?

I hate that feeling. I am sure everything will be fine.

We are there May 5-12, then September 7-9th for me. BigMerle is there Aug. 30-Sep 9th though. Then October 30-November 5th

Well that was really all for nothing. The meeting basically was we heard a rumor, we are letting parents know. You couldn't do this over the phone? Plus they made me wait 1/2 an hour past our meeting time. I know A isn't involved because he's running for drum major so why would he risk that by causing trouble on the trip. I understand they need to be proactive about it because if something did happen and the school had known and didn't say anything ahead of time I could see where there would be a potential problem. But still, I didn't have to go down there. They didn't even call A into the meeting like they said they would. Oh well, at least its taken care of.
So now I sit and wait for my Drs. appointment at 10:30. I can't eat or drink (except for their yucky contrast stuff). I want more coffee......

4's, I'm glad they all know what you already did... that your son was not at fault. I hate doctor appointments where you have to drink icky stuff. I bet you'll be glad when this morning is over!

I was able to have some this morning. Just couldn't drink 2 hours prior. So I was able to get some in me before the meeting, was hoping for more though.
