Have to take the kiddos to CCD and I have to stay for a meeting about First Communion. I just want to go back to bed.

I think the only reason for an earlier DST was to save energy. Clearly they weren't thinking about Amie's energy. I love having it light later, though. The hard part is convincing kids that it's time to go to bed, but my older boys don't go to bed anyway and Jake will usually go to sleep without too much of a hassle.

aww...I wish I could give you some of my energy today...I only slept about 3 hours and I a wired.....I am sitting here waiting for ANYONE to wake up in my house.
I even started planning a day trip to Philly, or NYC.... if only the kids were old enough for Atlantic City

Kelly, where did you get your energy? Actually, I'm somewhat awake considering the headache and not much sleep, but I took migraine meds and will want to crash at just about the time I have to go driving today. And today is a day I need to be gone a lot.

I set my alarm on my cell phone last night (which is what I always do) thinking my phone would reset itself during the night, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Fortunately hubby's phone did reset itself, so he woke me up in time for me to wash my hair before church (which the hair desperately needed! ). I

I don't get that - my phone is newer than his, how come it didn't reset? Also, one computer did, and the other didn't. At least it was the newer computer that got it right, like you'd expect.

are they set for automatic or manual...DH forgot to switch his phone and he has to change it himself.

No, it's set for automatic, and it reset itself last fall. I guess it just didn't get the word about the earlier time change this year.

I never noticed that either! That's exactly how I used to feel when my kids were younger and I seemed to be doing laundry all the time. I still do plenty of it, but at least I have some older kids who can do their own laundry.
