Plus's left over

We are planning a waterpark one day on our stay and have 2 plus's left over on each of our tickets. My daughters ticket is a child's ticket because she was 8 at the time but now she is 11. Do I need to exchange that ticket for an adult one or can I just use the plus on the existing ticket?

I believe they will still honor the ticket. I have read on here some examples of "kids" who used their old park tickets when they were in their 20s.
