I don't get it. One argument from the union is less work for the union because the waterless urinal requires less piping. So what? If the company that's paying the bills and wants waterless urinals, they should get them (as long as the building codes allow them and that's part of the issue, they don't have an official policy for waterless urinals because they're new technology). I really don't like it when unions place a strangleholds like this. I don't even know why the union has a say in what technology they will work with. It's a job, just do it for cryin' out loud. Ugh!
So unless the union has a valid reason for this, unions will continue to be looked upon with the stereotypical view that hounds them.
