My husband and I both have one. We have had ours for about 6 months and no problems. The reason why we like them more than the slvr is because you can not make "pocket calls" with the flip phone. (I know you can lock them, but this is easier I guess 
) We both definately like them! I am not thinking about switching phones any time soon.
We were AT&T, who dropped our calls all the time... so even getting to Cingular (and not their AT&T service continuation) meant less dropped calls. I guess it is different everywhere though.
