Pls help me think through MK day

I am second-guessing my MK plan; we will be doing just the one day at MK for Weds, May 21 - a crowd level 6 predicted. We are a couple w DS8 and DS10.

This is my current plan:
RD do Space Mtn & Buzz, then head to Fantasyland
10:40am-11:40pm - FP+ Peter Pan
CHANGE FP+ TO 7DMT WHEN AVAILABLE
11:45am-12:15pm Be Our Guest FP+ Expedited Arrival
12:30-1:30pm - FP+ Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
1:30-2:30pm - FP+ Splash Mountain
Afternoon break at hotel
5:40pm Dinner at 'Ohana
9pm Main Street Electrical Parade
10pm MK Wishes fireworks

For FP+... IF 7DMT becomes available, which FP+ should I swap out? I saw on another thread that all of Fantasyland will be insane at RD, so maybe we should consider doing BTMRR & Splash at RD and use FP+ for 7DTMT, Peter Pan and Space Mtn? I was hoping to do Splash during a hotter part of the day, but not if it means more line-waiting at Peter Pan and/or Space Mtn.

If you really planning on a BOG lunch, I don't see you actually making BTMRR and possibly Splash on your current schedule. While FP will get you seated faster and if you pre-order your food you can speed that up too, BOG will take at least an hour. Keep in mind you are eating at peak time and when you get inside you will probably want to walk around and check out all the cool rooms! I would try to get one of these for later in the day. If you need to lose a FP, I would probably skip SM. You could catch a shorter line here in the a.m. since you are bolting to Tomorrowland at RD while the stampede will be heading for New Fantasyland or Anna & Elsa!

We will be in MK on the same day! Your plan actually looks pretty similar to ours.

I do think there's a possibility of running into problems with the bog lunch so close to your FP time... But if you know how long your group takes for meals that you may have taken this into account already. I know that our group rarely spends more than 40 minutes at a CT lunch.

Thanks for your replies! Re: BOG... my thinking is that we'd arrive at 11:45am and could be there for up to an hour (~12:45pm) which would still give us 45 mins to make our way to Frontierland to ride BMTRR & Splash.

So I still don't know which FP to swap out Options as I see it:
* At RD, hit Space & Buzz. Then head to Fantasyland but only having one FP for either Peter Pan OR 7DMT will have to wait in at least one semi-long line there.
* At RD, head straight for Frontierland to BMTRR & Splash, saving the FP+s for 7DMT, Peter Pan and Space. Long line expected at Buzz.
* At RD, rush with the masses to Fantasyland to ride 7DMT and Peter Pan, then to Buzz and Space (FP+ for Space). Then other FP+s for BMTRR and Splash per the current plan.

Opinions?

I vote for option 2. With the new extra fp+ being available, you might be able to get one for Buzz if you need it, especially for a time after dinner but before the parade, like 8-9.

Thanks... I am now liking that option as well. I just checked the wait times (12:20pm on a crowd level similar to when we will be there). BTMRR 40, Splash 55, Peter Pan 60, Space 45 and Buzz 50.

So I'm thinking we will head left at RD and do BTMRR, Splash, Haunted Mansion and Pirates before heading to Fantasyland for PP (and hopefully 7DMT) - both with FP+ - before BOG. Make our way around to Space Mtn and Buzz after lunch, depending on the wait, and if the lines are too long, we can wait until the evening.
