I'm reluctant to post a diet resolution but I would like to change my figure for the better by losing two stone but more importantly I'd like to do something for charity. Not a run (dodgy knees) maybe a long walk preferably for a cancer or childrens charity.
To lose as much weight as I can - I've joined the local Virgin gym and my membership starts Jan 1st.
To not waste as much time as I do. Since my youngest started school full time in September I have definately become more sedentary and that needs to change.
Mine is going to be to lose a stone by the time I (hopefully) go to Florida at the end of April. Will be starting to cut out snacks, takeaways etc, and walk more often, but not going to start until 6 weeks after this baby is finally born. Would like to lose an extra half a stone by the time I go back to work in June.
See you in the DIS diet thread about mid February hopefully!!!

Just registered my interest with Cancer Research UK to take part in fund raising with them this year With my eldest going to school full time and little one going nursery a couple of mornings a week from April I feel it's time to start doing something that I'll get some satisfaction from.
I've thought long and hard about this...........and ended up with three pledges.
My first is to shed two stone before our August holiday. I lost half that last year for WDW then proceeded to put it all back on ~ so this time I am determined to lose it for good.
My second is to have our next WDW holiday planned by this time next year. Might sound trivial to some but I am never happier than when I am planning holidays.
My third is to have another baby in the house by next Christmas. Not a human baby LOL but a furry one ~ another Sheltie puppy.

* To care less about what people think.
* To figure out if i definately want to keep working in education.
* Maybe loose some weight and exercise (and using the wii doesn't count)!
* Save some money!
My pledges for this year are (and I will keep to them):
-Lose around 39 pounds (about 2 stone 11 pounds) so I can be a normal weight for my height and so I can fit into my ultimately cool Pirate billabong boardshorts that don't quite fit me right
-Make sure I get into my chosen university and possibly join a society or team at uni
-Get a summer job inbetween DLP and Uni (Preferably at GameStation) so I have some back up money at uni
Just noticed I've posted my 365 post on the first day of a leap year!
I've been doing OK. I've been going to the gym for an hour 3 or 4 times a week apart from this week as I have been off work poorly. But hopefully I will feel well enough to start going again tomorrow. My routine is to go every other day. As for the weight loss, I haven't weighed myself for a week but at that point I had lost 6lb which I am pleased with.

I'm doing well so far! I've lost 4lbs and upped my exercise regime - been walking an average of 25000 steps per day as well as having a weekly session with the personal trainer.
I'm still keen to go to Uni in September and I've got an architect coming round next week to discuss our ideas...
