A HUGE thumbs up for the NeverLand club.
My DD's at the time were 7 & 4. (1998)
They had the time of their life. They still both remember it well and talk about it every time I bring up our next Disney vacation.
We took them to visit the day before we were going to leave them so they could get a good look around, and so we could meet the CM's and also get a peek at what they would be doing and also their reactions to the place.
Well, let me tell you, it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to leave.
They couldnt wait to stay there the following night.
When we dropped them off, we were given a pager and a little peice of paper and were told that if we didnt have that peice of paper when we came back, then we would not get our kids. That made me a little nervous, but comfortable at the same time.
There are video cameras all over the place and only one exit which is heavily guarded.. lol.
I felt so good about leaving them.
When the time came to pick them up, they were watching a Disney movie on a huge movie screen type thing and having lots of snacks. They didnt even see us standing there watching them, waiting to pick them up.
Then they didnt want to go.
Some kids had blankets and pillows and were sleeping comfortably on the large stairs in front of the tv which were designed for exactly this.
I wouldnt hesitate to leave them there again. In fact they asked if they could do it again.
I believe someone came over from AK and brought a couple of animals with them for a show and tell type thing, and a character also popped in for a visit. I cant remember which one though.
The buffet had great selections for them also.
Well, enough said!
I hope you have a great time on your vaca.
If you are in doubt, always pop in or check them out the day before, and I believe you can call as well.
Hope this helps.
