For Epcot dinner I would pick the San Angel restaurant. The one that is inside so you can watch the boat ride by the water. The food is great too. Magic Kingdom I would have to pick Tony's town square. MGM for lunch I would go with the burgers at the ABC cafeteria. and for the lunch at Animal Kingdom I would go with Rainforest Cafe and make sure you get the quasadillas on the pita bread.

Epcot- Teppanyaki at Epcot; Cape May Cafe if you want to go to an Epcot Hotel (it's at the Beach Club- just a hop-skip)

MK Area- either 'Ohana or Kona Cafe; love 'em both. Whispering Canyon at WL is fun too

MGM- 50's Prime Time

Animal Kingdom- based on what I've eaten at, Tusker House, but I haven't tried the BBQ place yet----that intrigues me as well.

No suggestion for Universal, although I just watched something about Emeril's new restaurant over there and it looks FABULOUS. It's called t-shop-chop or something like that.
