We are going on our first trip ever to WDW in under 24 hours and I need some help! We are doing to 3 day Land/4 day sea package. So, we have 2 1/2 days to do 4 parks! I know, I know! Not going to be able to do it! I just found out about DeVine in AK and about the Living Statues in France in Epcot. Is there anything else like that in any of the other parks that someone, who is literally running from place to place (like we are going to do), would miss out on? My daughter would get such a kick out of these kind of things! If you know exactly where they can be found, please let me know that too, so that I can mark my map. Do you perhaps have any pictures? That would be really great so that I know exactly what I'm looking for!

Thanks, a billion!

How about the talking/walking trash can in Tomorrowland at MK? We saw it outside Cosmic Ray's main entrance in November.

Check if the cruise line still picks up from AK - if they do, you can do the morning in AK and get a few more park hours in (avoiding having to run back to the hotel!)

Well, you want to focus on the rides you want to see, and get them done asap. Epcot and MGM are close to each other (a long walk or a semi-long boat ride, with great resorts/restaurants in between), so one day you can do those.

MK might take a whole day as well.

She might like the new interactive Crush exhibit at Living Seas in Epcot. Mission Space is a great ride if not prone to motion sickness. I hate coasters, and I loved it!

The opening act for Beauty and the Beast at MGM is great (I'm assuming they are still there - it's been a while!).

The candy woman in Japan at Epcot is pretty neat.

The park hours are short (except for the weekend, but I guess you'll be on the boat then!), so use the Extra Magic Hours - at your resort they'll have the info on when those are. When the parks are closed, maximize your time with Downtown Disney - Cirque du Soleil if not sold out is amazing and well worth the price. Disney Quest is also pretty cool. If she's old enough, the Adventurers Club on Pleasure Island is neat (I'd say best for teens and up), and the first show at Comedy Warehouse is family friendly.

Resign yourself to the fact you won't see everything - try to get off the beaten path (like go to the BoardWalk), relax, and focus on maybe 2-3 key rides a day. Better to experience what you do get to well then to just run so fast that it is all a blur.
