Okay... here's my dilemma....
My DH and I have a timeshare in Orlando. We tried to book it for our trip and were told that due to a "new policy" we must pay for 2 years of maintenance fees before we can reserve our timeshare. I'm not sure where I was when this policy was made because I didn't hear anything about it.
Needless to say, we won't be staying there in April.
Anyhow, we have 5 adults and 2 children (ages 3 and 1) going in April and now we need an affordable place to stay. I have seen a few threads about Windsor Palms and I am very interested. Where exactly is Windsor Palms located? How does renting the condo work? With the above mentioned people, can I rent a two bedroom or should it be a three bedroom? What places (or websites) would you suggest that I rent through? Are there additional charges involved and finally, would you please give me your opinion on the place? Is it clean? Well maintained? What amenities does it have? Any information that you can give us will be helpful. Thank you!
