Please tell me about Shades of Green

We are staying at shades of green for the first time. I understand that we will pay to park there but will we also have to pay at the parks. We prefer to drive even when staying onsite. Also wondering if the Wi-Fi will be fast enough for Genie+. Any thing else you feel I should know would also be welcome.
