Please tell me about: Monster Inc. Laugh Floor and Philharmagic

Would my kids (8 and 4.5) get the jokes at Laugh Floor?

Is PhilharMagic just a 3D movie experience?

Your kids will absolutely get the jokes at Laugh Floor. It is, in my opinion, a very well thought out show, appealing to both children, and their parents. Do be prepared though, there is always the possibility of your face going up on the big screen, and you being the target of one of their jokes. It is all in good fun though.

Philharmagic is a "4D" film with in theater effects to enhance the 3D movie. It is a nice show, and a great break from the afternoon heat, but not a must do. If you have extra time, by all means see it. Don't miss a headliner to fit it in though.

Your kids should get most of the jokes at laugh floor. We did this for the first time last year with a 3 and 5 year old and they both laughed the whole time.

We love Philharmagic and usually see it at least twice during a trip. The added effects are great and it's a wonderful place to escape afternoon heat.

Monsters is pretty good, but Philharmagic is GREAT! It's a must do, and gets you in the completely immersive feeling that YES! I'm at Disney World! Be sure to turn all the way around and look behind you at the end. No fast pass needed. Do fit it into your day! Oh....it'll be your first time experiencing it. Wish it was mine again!

My kids (9,9,5,4) love the Laugh Floor, definitely take your kids to it. My oldest daughter was picked last time and I thought she was going to die of embarrassment but she still had a great time.

Laugh Floor can be hysterical depending on the audience members selected to participate. I've been in there with some real hams who had me laughing until there were tears in my eyes. I think Philharmagic is the more popular of the two shows, but I wouldn't skip either one. They're both enjoyable for children and adults.

We went to both to get out of the rain... It worked and we really enjoyed them both! DH and DD say they are both must dos now!

It has been 14 years since our last WDW trip. We were at Disneyland back in 2010 and 2012 and just cannot believe how many new rides there are now at WDW...

They're both definitely worth it, but Philharmagic is definitely a must-do!

I wouldn't use a FP on either personally. I've never seen waits for them grow very long, since they swallow large crowds. There are definitely other rides and attractions that get longer waits than either of them!

They are both must-dos for us! No fastpass needed for either one, unless you just want to get a same day FP after you've used your scheduled 3.

Philharmagic should not need a fast pass. You should be able to fit it in between your other fast passes or after.

Laugh Floor is my whole family's favorite MK attraction, and Philharmagic is probably 2nd

You don't need FP+ for either of them. My 5 year old daughter enjoyed both. Just DD and I went into Philharmagic just to kill time and cool off while DH went to get sorcerer cards, and we both LOVED it. If you can only choose one I would choose Philharmagic over Laugh Floor.

We like the Laugh Floor, but we love Philharmagic! The first year we went my youngest was 4 and it was his favorite thing at Magic Kingdom. We saw it 3 times that trip.
