Please share your favorite figure friendly dessert with me!

I make the cooked SF FF pudding, chocolate most of the time, and top it with Cool Whip Free. I always feel deprived if I don't have a sweet and this always makes me feel like dessert. I use FF milk.

Me too :thumbsup2

Thanks everyone for the suggestions!!!

I love fresh fruit, but sometimes a girl has to have something rich. :)

I love chocolate and vanilla clouds, you can get them at Trader Joes. Super. I also love WW cookie crumble ice cream. It's a layer of crushed chocolate cookies surrounding vanilla ice cream. Yummy!

Oh! Yoplait makes a scrumptious yogurt, Parfait Delights- 100 cals but you would never know it. Tastes so rich! It comes in chocolate raspberry and Lemon Meringue (I think it is). So good, it tastes like dessert. Also, Fiber One has a great yogurt, the flavors are Vanilla, Strawberry, and Lime. Very filling! It's endorsed by Hungry Girl.

Yoplait whips- like a fruit mousse- eat w/a tiny spoon.

Fresh fruit from harry & David when on sale i buy the pears- an indulgence.

Medifast chocolate pudding. whisk to get lumps out, can buy on eBay.

Does not sound very figure friendly.

Dark chocolate and cocoa are rich in cell-protecting antioxidants -- natural compounds found in fruits, vegetables, grains and nuts.

Dark chocolate has a low glycemic index similar to that of oatmeal — meaning it does not send your blood sugar spiking.

One of the many dark chocolate health benefits is that it contains no cholesterol. In fact, cocoa butter contains oleic acid which helps lower LDL (bad cholesterol) and raise HDL (good cholesterol) levels in the body.

Clinical studies show that dark chocolate lowers blood pressure. Hypertension increases the risk of heart disease and stroke. Healthy dark chocolate can help lower blood pressure and thus decrease the risk.

Moderation is the key!! Just like red wine. Its good to consume foods that not only are "figure" friendly but also are good for our body as a whole...such as foods high in fiber, high in antioxodants, low in sodium, and high in Omega-3's. :-)

I am going to add this...

I was reading on AOL News something that Dr Oz had on about foods. The article states that while you can eat something that has the same amount of calories and fat grams it all depends on the type fat the fat grams come from on how your body will react to the food.

Monounsaturated fats and Polyunsaturated fats are good fats. Saturated Fats are the bad ones.

I have always known this but maybe some people do not. It is always extremely wise to look at the labels of all the products. While some "diet" or reduced fat items are on the market sometimes they are not food for us depending on the ingredients.

So if you have to have that chocolate bar the choice of dark chocolate would be a wiser decision. When I have to have chocolate I eat dark chocolate and then literally only one bite. I am not the poster that made the comment about dark chocolate.

1 tub FF cool whip
1 large container FF yogurt - plain or flavored
fruit of choice - I tend to use a container of unsweetened frozen strawberries or the fruit medley in the freezer section but you can use fresh as well
1 low cal ready made pie crust or individual pie crusts - we prefer either the graham or if not trying to be extra good we get the oreo ;)

Mix cool whip, yogurt, and fruit (I usually do 1/2 of each at a time so I don't have an over full pie) pour into crust and freeze. If you have an issue with eating more than 1 serving use the individual crusts other wise slice & serve :thumbsup2

You can also omit the crust all together and make popsicles by using paper cups with straws/popscicle sticks
