I need some pixie dust I am sat here waiting for people to come and view our house for the secound time so I am hopping that they are really intrested and come back with the right offer . We have had the house on the market for two weeks and have already had 9 people view so fingers crossed some one will want it .

I have reserved a new house from Wimpy and they have giving me a great deal where they pay all my legal fees , estsate agent fees, hips package and also they pack my house up and unpack it at the new house , and have already droped the price by 14000.00 , so please send my some pixxie dust I think I need it .

thanks everyone I will let you know if the pixxie dust works hopefully a call from the estate agents tomorow , although since my last post I have another 2nd viewing booked in for saturday so fingers crossed they may start a price war between them , which may help me pay for the upgrades on the new house
