Please recommend dining at DTD

Hi,

I know this has been asked before but I keep getting "server too busy" when I query it so here it goes.....

Please receommend a "fun" restaurant (not Rainforest- been there, done that) at DTD for a party of 8- 4 adults and kids ages 14, 9, 5 and 4. We would be celebrating my son's 9th birthday. I would like to be in the area of World of Disney but if you can convince me of another part of DTD, I'd be up for suggestions. Thanks!

The only restaurant we frequent in DTD is a CS-The Earl of Sandwich. We did enjoy Fulton's but it is a bit of a walk.

Although it is not in DTD, we really like Bongo's on the West Side. It is Gloria Estefan's place (partially) right across from Disney Quest, which may not be a bad thing with the kids along!

Good mojitos and caesar salads--in addition to cool atmosphere.

I don't believe it is on the dining plan, however.

I think Fulton's is worth the walk.

Fulton's is by far my favourite but, if you don't mind the walk and want to try something different, try House of Blues. The food is not amazing, but the bday boy might find it cool.

I like Earl of Sandwich, but don't know if I'd want to celebrate my birthday there. Fulton's would be more of a birthday dinner place.
