What post and by whom? Doesn't seem like a good reason to avoid answering a polite question to me.

It has been on the front page a couple of times so I just assumed that someone that reads the boards as much as Dan does would have seen it, especially since he posted to the thread and would have been notified.
The community board moving too fast has been a problem but we are working on it and will continue to do so!!

Thanks, Alex, for the reply on Pandy's thread.

Apparently the times I had been on the CB, from after you had replied to her thread, which was 1 day before your reply to Colleen above, the thread was not jumping out at me. And I do not get notified regarding threads that I have posted on. I am seeing this here as I checked back a couple times a week to see if there had been a reply.

Don't know if there is a glitch in the system, but I also didn't get any notification that anyone (aside from your response to me Alex! ), that anyone else had replied to this post. I do have the mail notification checked. Just came across it by accident.

Like any email they get lost in space sometimes. I didn't get any for all of Dan's bumps either.

...it DOES look like Dan's question was being avoided! Is anyone looking into this email notification glitch?? I would hate to see someone think their questions were not being answered.

It happens from time to time on various threads, it's just the nature of the beast and I am not sure there is much we can do. If someone feels they need an answer they can always email. My address is in my signature as are most of the WM's and mods.
