First off I would like to say that I have recieved permission to post this from Webmater Pete Werner. Special Thanks to Pete for allowing me to post this.
Hello to All,
My son Tyler and I could really use your help. We kindly would like to ask for you to pass eating lunch for one day(before Dec. 24, 2005) to Donate a minimum of $5 each to " Lunch for Life" in the honor of my 7yr old son Tyler Ewing. Lunch for Life is a wonderful organization that is raising money to help find a cure for a deadly pediatric Cancer called Neuroblastoma, my son is currently a survivor of Neuroblastoma, and although Tyler's doing well now and in remission, there is a 95% chance he will relapse and not beat this Cancer the second time around. Helping "Lunch for Life" raise money for Research is a must for parents like me affected by this awful disease, we need to find a cure fast!! Neuroblastoma is a rare Cancer, and therefore only gets 5% of funds from the government for Research. In the past 3 months other families that we know have lost their child to this disease, 8 children in 3 months is way too many, a couple were close friends of Tyler. This year Lunch for Life is doing something special for the kids. They have a "Giving Tree" on their website for each child, for each $5 donated to that child, they will get an ornanment placed on their trees, once the tree is full, presents will appear at the bottom for the child, and for each $5, the child will be entered into a drawing to win an all expense paid trip to Tyler's favorite place Walt Disney World! Please, Please help Tyler raise money if you can! Donations are Tax deductible. Although he would really like to win Presents and the Disney World Trip, finding a cure is more important to him. Hi, I just noticed that somehow Tyler now has a second Giving Tree up, not sure how that happened, assuming that Typing his name in, instead of using the scroll bar maybe caused this to happen? Please continue to send donations to the first Tyler Ewing Tree, and I will call Lunch for Life to see if they can delete the second tree. Thanks so much for your kindness.

Also, there are a lot of Tree's that do not have Ornaments. If you wish Please add an ornament to a Tree that does not have ornaments, if you use Tyler's code when you donate to another Tree, Tyler will get credit also. I've had friends and family give to Trees that were empty, but there are still a lot with no ornaments. Please check link below to find empty trees. Thanks!

While Tyler did not win the trip, another special little boy named Paul Saxon did, I bet he's super Excited!
We are very Happy for him and his family although we've never met. Most importantly all the kids have won a priceless gift. Lunch for Life is at $112,000 and counting, one step closer to finding a cure and/or better treatment. 
I am very Happy that we were able to share this info with you all, and want to Thank everyone for thier time, Generosity, well wishes, and everything you've done. We were very touched by everyone on this board who helped, there is no way we would have ever gotten this far without all of you. Thank you so much!! Believe me, with just saying Thankyou, is not nearly enough, I cannot express how my family and I feel with words, I get teary eyed looking at his Tree and the LFL Total, means so much to us, other families, and was very important to Tyler. Tyler wanted to check the tree daily and was so excited to see ornaments since he knew that meant more money to help find a cure.

Did I mention that Tyler thinks all of you live in Disney World, lol! I refer to this board as the "Disney Board", so Tyler thought all of you live or work at Disney and he said he hopes to meet you during our upcoming trip. When I told him that some of you live near Disney and some all over the World, he said "oh, well, they made me feel Magical and Special just like the people at Disney". He's so sweet and very wise for his age, I love him so much!
