nothing to time consuming.

I'll start - Dill Weed Dip

8oz. sour cream
2/3 cup mayo
1tbsp.parsley flakes
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. dill weed
1 tsp. seasoning salt

Mix altogether and chill.

My family really likes the French's green bean casserole:

Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) CAMPBELL'S® Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 packages (9 ounces each) frozen cut green beans, thawed*
1 1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
(I add a drained can of mushrooms)

Directions:
1. Combine soup, milk and pepper in a 1 1/2 -quart baking dish; stir until blended. Stir in beans and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions.
2. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot. Stir. Sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.

*I use 2 cans of french cut green beans instead of frozen.

It serves 6; takes 5 minutes to prepare; and bakes for 35 minutes.

Slice thick slices of pepper, zucchini, mushrooms and brush them with Grill Plus (marinade available at Publix) and cook them on the George Foreman grill. YUMMMMMMMMY! My kids love to "paint" the marinade on the veggies (making them more likely to EAT them). It only takes a few minutes to grill them. There are different flavors too. We love the Lemon Pepper.

We like to "bake" yellow squash on the grill.

Rub olive oil on them and wrap with foil like you would a baked potato. Cook on grill for 30 to 40 minutes until they are soft.

I like to slice them open and sprinkle brown sugar inside. My husband just likes to add onion and bell pepper beside them inside the foil.

here's three I just had my mom send me which I loved as a kid - I just made them this past weekend - YUM!

Cold Broccoli Salad
1 medium head of broccoli, 12 strips of bacon, well cooked and crumbled.
3/4 cup Sunflower seeds (the little ones)
1 small red onion
3-4 tsp. cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup mayp Mix together all ingredients and chill

Squash Casserole
3 cups yellow squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 onions chopped
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 small package pepperidge farm seasoned stuffing mix
salt and papper
Cook and mash squash. Combine squash with onion, soup, sour cream, and
salt and pepper. Toss butter with stuffing. Line pan with stuffing and put
squash on top. Sprinkle rest of stuffing on squash. Bake for 1 hour at
350.

zucchini with tomatoes

One clove garlic, quartered, one medium sized zucchini sliced three-quarters
inch
thick. Olive oil salt and pepper onion powder grated cheese and one can
tomatoes.
Saute garlic in oil about five minutes. Remove garlic. Add juice from
tomatoes,
zucchini, salt and pepper.
Cover. Simmer for 15 minutes. Place tomato pulp on top and heat. Remove

continue simmering for two minutes. Serve

Thank you everyone. :)

Buy a package of Knorr Vegetable soup mix.
Look on the back and get the rest of the ingrediants listed, if I remember right they are, 8 oz can waterchestnuts, green onions, 3, 1 cup mayonnase, 16 oz sour cream, 1 package frozen chopped spinach, 10 oz., and the soup mix. Thaw the spinach, wring out all the water, chop the water chestnuts and 3 green onions, mix everything together and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours. Serve with wheat thins or triscuts. Some really adventerous people buy a loaf of Kings Hawain bread and pull out pieces from the middle to form a bowl. Then serve the dip in the bread bowl and use the pulled pieces to dip the spinach dip. Good stuff!

No problem, I have that too:

one package cream cheese
one container sour cream
one package taco seasoning

use a blender to put all together - yum! I use it with celery, peppers and mushrooms

I'm a big fan of the Lipton Onion Soup Mix/Sour Cream standby, myself...

Another good simple dip (although more for tortilla chips than veggies)
-block of cream cheese spread in the bottom of a pie plate
-bottle of salsa, spread over cream cheese
-shredded cheddar cheese, spread on top

Bake at 350 until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

one container Fat free sour cream
one packet of Fat Free Hidden Valley Ranch Dip
Mix
refrigerate for an hour or so (it's fine right away - but it's nice to let it sit a bit)

can't get any easier then that...and it's DANG yummy

Packet of HVR dressing mix
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup (or so) of Duke's mayonnaise

Mix and chill.

Also good on:
sliced roast beef or ham, roll it up - yum!
cucumber tea sandwiches - cut crustless bread in desired shape, spread, add cucumber slices

One package of Good Seasoning Italian Dressing (powder mix)
One cup of mayo
One cup of sour cream

Mix everything together - refrigerate (the longer the better) - it is the best dip in the world!!

Thank you everyone, they all sound good, especially the ones with cream cheese. :)

It's my favorite, I make it all the time.

My receipe? Go to store, pick up pre-made veggie tray with dip. Open, stir dip, and serve! :teeth:

I make something like this but use a Lipton's french onion soup package. :teeth:
