I am having my site visit in a couple of weeks and i am seeing the WP, Grand Floridian Ballrooms, Boardwalk ballrooms and the Bistro de Paris...i will do a trip report and post some picks...here are some of Ariels:

The site visit went awesome thank you. In answering your previous question about bistro...they don't set up a dance floor, they clear a small area in the front for dancing. If you are having a lot of people/dancers it won't work. It really depends on what you envision. If you are looking for something traditional ie entrance first dance etc this venue probably won't work. They are also adjusting a few things over there so bistro seems to be up in the air. I know they will no longer allow receptions befor 4 and after 4 the f&b min is 8,000. You are also limited to there food and wine menu which is faboulous (Dan and I ate there the night before) The food is awesome but the bar is $$$$$$$. I think if you are considering this spot is really is something you have to see in person(I know you were engaged at chefs right?have you been upstairs? It is bit of a different atmosphere) to see if it will work for you. You can get a good idea of the menu at www.allearsnet.com. The site is beautiful and the food is great! I will see if I have some pics.

They did not for mine. We stood in the gap between the two benches on the left during the show. Our food was set up to the far garbage can's left.

This makes it so much easier!! I agree, mary, Bistro is nice, but I need to dance and I think that all the extra charges, mins, and menu are a bit much, I would rather "blow " that $$ on other things. Thanks again, so much!!
