Please Post Ceremony/Reception Venue Pics . . .

Hi Everyone,

I know we have done this for rings, flowers, dresses, etc. But I was wandering if we could start a thread of just "Venue" pics. Preferably the pics that were taken at your site visits!?!

I am being selfish here because I would like to choose a venue without having to fly down for a site visit. I know the WishBook has wonderful ceremony local pics, but the pics of the reception areas are pretty "lacking."

Also not a custom site (and not great pictures - sorry!) but here is Sunrise Terrace at the Wilderness Lodge. I was desperate for pictures of it when I was planning, fortunately I was living in Orlando at the time and we were able to go over and see it a few times.

I am having my site visit in a couple of weeks and i am seeing the WP, Grand Floridian Ballrooms, Boardwalk ballrooms and the Bistro de Paris...i will do a trip report and post some picks...here are some of Ariels:

JonetteA, I really like the photos of the Spaceship Earth lounge. Can you please tell me where it is. Is it actually in Spaceship Earth. It looks really cool - that you can look out over the park. Do you know if you can use this location during the day when the park is open and how many people it holds. I would really love to do an early morning ceremony in either Italy or Germany in Epcot. We were then thinking of somewhere on the Boardwalk - Ariels or Atlantic Dance Hall and doing a brunch there. I also want to do an IllumiNations Desert Party. We are thinking of 50 guests. Do you know if the Spaceship Earth Lounge is one of the places for inclement weather at a IllumiNations Desert Party?

Thank you for the pics of SBP. We didn't get a chance to go over and look at it while we were down over the holidays. My fiance is going down this weekend for an audition and is going over to look at it... so, being able to see up close pics before he goes will make me feel a little better about what to expect... Glad everyone is enjoying the pictures. We are going to be getting married at the UK Rose Garden, and the reception I think is going to be at the California Grill. Also, our rehearsal dinner will be at Fulton's, b/c we wanted windows and open spaces with a private room. Disney did not really have the best options for as many people as we will have. Everyone who is invited to the wedding will come to the reheasal dinner.
