PLEASE PLEASE help with autograph book setup!!

Ok I have my pics ready , but when I try to print on my sheets, they are 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 and I try to set up on microsoft word for 5 by 7 I have a huge gap on one side and its just all wrong!!! Can you tell I'ma bit flusterated?? Can anyone help? I've wasted sooo much paper but I'd like tio get it right!

I bought a book at Ac moore, took it apart and I'll be able to piece it back once I can get my sheets...If I ever get my sheets....Please help...

Are you trying to directly print on the cards from the album? Don't forget to set it up to print in that size paper, should be under print options. Also, don't forget to resize the margins according to how you want them set up. Who's autograph cards are you using? Are you resizing the image?

Always print a test sheet in draft mode so you don't waste ink or paper, that will save frustration too.

I got a sketch book from ac moore...nice heavy , but not too heavy paper..
the paper size is 5 1/2 by 8..... I basically took the book apart and am "trying " to do it that way....But for something that seemed sooo easy, yeah its not ..well at the moment any way! Any help would be fab!

What size do you want the image to be? You probably want to go for 4x6. If you do 5x7, you won't have any "white" border on the top or bottom. It will look left justified with alot of "white" edge on the right. Is this what is happening?

Ok so you want to resize your "picture" which is your autograph card to 4x6. Right click on the picture and select "format" and you can change the size.

Center it, and you should be good to go.

ok maybe this is also a prob for me, I have the pic saved in my pictures, are you doing all the formating in microsoft???
Its not allowing me to format.

Yeah, you want to go into the shared files folder, or the photobucket account and click on the picture. Click on it again to get the largest image possible, then right click and copy the image and paste it into word. Don't save the file or you can't resize it.
